Certificates of insurance naming your entity as additional insured, a W-9, and a one-page capability statement are available on request and go out the same day. Ask for the endorsements you need and we will confirm what we can issue before you write us into a schedule of values.
How we price
Send drawings, not a description.
We price from the foundation plan, the structural sheets and the geotechnical report. On hillside and fire-rebuild lots the geotech is not optional to us — it is where the cost is.
Our proposals are written against sheet and detail numbers, so what you are buying is legible line by line rather than a lump sum with a paragraph attached. Change orders are priced the same way.
