What we do

The part of the job a general builder cannot self-perform.

A Class B general building contractor frames the house. Placing a twelve-foot cantilevered retaining wall on a forty per cent slope, drilling caissons to bedrock, or underpinning the neighbour’s footing is general engineering work. That is the licence we have held since 1989.

  • Cast-in-place foundations & grade beams
  • Caissons, piles & drilled piers
  • Shoring & underpinning
  • Cast-in-place retaining walls
  • Slabs on grade & lightweight decks
  • Shotcrete
  • CMU & structural masonry
  • Demolition, grading & drainage
  • Pool shells

Full capabilities and qualification

Palisades & Altadena

If your lot is on a slope, the fast track does not apply to you.

Los Angeles County’s expedited self-certification programme for fire rebuilds explicitly excludes hillside and liquefaction zones. Those lots stay on full review — and that is exactly the work we do.

We are pouring foundations on McKendree Avenue right now.
